Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Councils Cultural Services are currently looking for around 12 young people aged 14 – 19 from Rhondda Cynon Taff, who have a flare for media and two local bands or singer songwriters, to take part in a music video project.
We encourage Welsh and English speakers to become involved in the MAKE IT initiative.
On the media side you will work as a team to plan, script, film and edit one of the bands/ artists songs to create a pop video, taking on the roles of scriptwriting, directing, producing or working on camera for instance. We would be interested to hear if you have a preference in a particular area such as those listed above. If you are the band/ singer songwriter chosen you will have the opportunity to star in your own music video as well as contribute your ideas to the media team.
